- Concierge service: the beach house has a complete staff including two housekeepers, driver, travel consultant, and manager.
- Full housekeeping that includes fresh bed linens, blankets, bathroom towels and daily cleaning.
- Basic Domestic Help is available daily from 9 to 12 and 14 to 21.

- Laundry service (4 LE per piece of ironed cloth. Give your laundry to the housekeeper and get it back in one day, payable on site to caretaker in local currency per load)

- "Welcome to Dahab" tour
- Guided snorkeling course for children
