Confirmed Bookings 

A booking is not deemed confirmed unless a deposit (40% of the total amount) has been paid. A booking without the required deposit is not guaranteed. When booking online, your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. For stays 3-30 days, full payment is due at check-in. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans fall through. Should you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, you must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing at our office. If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged. During high season/holiday period, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. The property issues no refunds for no-shows or early checkouts.
